We’re a small team that moves fast (and swears a little when packing tape sticks to itself). Here’s everything you need to know about shipping your Bluntly Bold order:

🚚 Processing Time

We ship orders within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday — excluding bank holidays and days we run out of caffeine.

If you’ve ordered something custom or during a busy sale period, it might take an extra day or two — but we’ll keep you in the loop.

UK Shipping

  • Standard (Royal Mail 48): 2–4 business days

  • Tracked 24: 1–2 business days

  • Free shipping on orders over £30

You’ll get an email when your order hits the post — and tracking info if you picked a tracked option.

🌍 International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! Because sarcasm knows no borders.

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • USA & Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Delays can happen thanks to customs or postal strikes (don’t look at us), so if it’s been a while, give us a shout.

📦 Packaging

Cards come in protective sleeves. Prints are shipped flat or rolled in tubes (depending on size). Everything’s packaged with care — and maybe a little sass.

❗Things to Note

  • We’re not responsible for customs fees or import duties. That’s on you (or your government).

  • Double-check your address before ordering. If you put “Mars,” that’s where we’ll ship it.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 working days (UK) or 25 working days (International), email us: hey@bluntlybold.com and we’ll sort it.
